Elite Broker Program
Elite performance can be measured in a variety of way. It can consist of a high volume of referrals, high value referrals, growth in performance, or effort of marketing.
We don’t want to put a strict number on performance but when you reach 50 referrals, it will put in contention to be considered for the elite broker program.
We want to invest in our high performing affiliates by providing them extra tools to optimize their performance.
While our standard affiliate brokers have access to affiliate codes and links to facilitate the tracking of referrals, they don’t have access to affiliate phone numbers which can simplify the process of referring clients.
Comission Rates
The more referrals you make, the more passive commission you earn! The following are our payouts for referrals sold.
Referral Phone Number
With the affiliate phone number, the referred client simply calls Red Helm Insurance at the number provided to the elite affiliate broker and any sale resulting from the relationship is tracked on our system and is tagged as referral from that affiliate broker.
Excluded business lines will be respected so if the conversation veers to an excluded line of business, the opportunity will be communicated to the referring broker
This method of tracking referral makes referring client as easy as possible. The referred client doesn’t even have to mentioned they were referred.
Our Affiliate System
Leverage our expertise in health insurance to complete the service offering to your clients. Our affiliate system will manage our relationship in a customizable way by accounting for referrals, ensuring compensation, but also a allowing to exclude business lines.
Our platform is designed to simplify cross marketing between license insurance advisors. Our link section is continuously growing to offer a variety marketing options including affiliate links with different landing pages, embeddable forms, banners, affiliate numbers, and affiliate phone numbers for elite affiliate brokers. You can also email us referrals and they will get tracked by the system.
Once a referral is received, we will reach out to your client however they chose, whether by email or by phone. A Red Helm Insurance advisor will provide them with market research and a recommendation relevant to their request. Red Helm will then follow up until they no longer require the coverage, or the insurance policy is placed. When the policy gets placed, the affiliate broker will see the closed transaction on our affiliate portal and will be credited their commission.
